Real development doesn’t just happen in a single session. It happens through reflection, application, and ongoing support.
Workshops create great awareness, energy, and new ways of thinking. But time and support is needed to fully apply learning, discuss challenges, and reinforce new behaviours.
Ripple Advance is a development programme designed to bridge that gap, supporting individuals and teams as they move from understanding to action. We combine workshops, coaching, and structured follow-up to help individuals and teams turn learning into lasting change.
Development Beyond The Workshop - Ripple Advance
Each programme is built around four simple stages that create momentum over time.
1. Awareness
Development begins with a workshop experience that introduces shared language, practical frameworks, and space for reflection. Participants gain clarity on current challenges and identify areas for growth.
2. Application
Following the workshop, individual 1-1 coaching sessions help participants translate learning into action. Goals are set, challenges explored, and development becomes personal rather than theoretical.
3. Integration
A group reflection session creates space for open discussion around progress, successes, and obstacles. Participants learn from each other, share experiences, and reinforce new behaviours together.
4. Consultation
Stakeholders who sponsor participants through the programme receive a full report on their progress and development, maintaining the full confidentiality of the coaching sessions. This allows continued accountability and support, so that learning becomes embedded into everyday behaviour — improving leadership, communication, and performance over time.
