Having spent several years as a Director, I experienced the pressures of leadership first-hand and understand how challenging it is to balance performance, people, and expectations. The demands are real, and too often leaders are expected to simply “figure it out” without meaningful support or structured development.

Ripple was built on a simple belief: one action can create change that spreads across an entire organisation. I wanted to support leaders in the way I believe development should be delivered — practical, structured, and focused on long-term growth rather than short-term motivation.

After completing my ICF coaching certification, I developed the workshops and Ripple Advance programmes that exist today. Each is designed to help leaders apply what they learn in real situations, strengthen engagement within their teams, and create measurable, lasting progress.

Based near Birmingham, I now run development plans and coaching programmes, whilst facilitating communication and leadership workshops throughout the Midlands and beyond.
