What Workshops Do We Offer?
Currently, we offer 2 ready-to-go workshops that based on the following topics;
1) Leadership
After initially looking at what makes a great leader, we then give participants the unique opportunity to discover their own leadership style using a results-driven, tried and tested 10 step questionnaire.
We then move on to discover the 6 key leadership styles and 6 key employee types. Following that, we use real world scenarios to discover how we can adapt our leadership style to suit individual needs.
Tied in with the importance of employee engagement, the differences between leadership and management, and hands-on practical and discussion led activities, participants leave with a greater sense of their own leadership tendencies, where they want to be in the future, and how they can achieve greater leadership.
2) Communication
In this workshop, we discover the different types of communication, how we can improve messages we send verbally and non-verbally, and what it means to actively listen.
We use activities and discussions to practice our communication and listening skills, before taking on real-world communication challenges in scenarios commonly encountered in the workplace - including conflict, difficult situations, and how to handle 1-1 or group discussions effectively.
A mix of theory and hands-on activity, this workshop gives individuals a real opportunity to develop their personal communication skills, and for teams to strengthen how they work together.
